Usually $10,000–$20,000. T-Six division operates on partnership percent instead of fees.What if I can’t afford Advisory Fees now?
You can prepare the documents via your team/consultants; Intercap will review them and, if market-ready, may waive advisory fees and proceed on success fees only.Can Advisory Fees be reduced?
Yes—if you already have a model and some documents, Intercap reviews and builds on them and reduces fees accordingly.What are Transaction Fees?
Success-based compensation for closing a deal, covering buyer/investor mapping, outreach and pitching, negotiations, first closings, data room & due diligence coordination, and final closing/media.How are Transaction Fees calculated?
As a percentage of deal value—typically 2–5% (higher, up to ~10%, for some early-stage VC raises).Why is exclusivity required for at least 6 months?
